Question: I am starting my own Jewelry Business. Does anyone have any ideas for things to make?

Answer: I would ask the prospects who you're aiming at. Have a few ready made. Then have some sketches. Your potential customers will save you a lot of time by saying what they'd like to have.
If you combine it with a celebration, something precious in their life, which you can brand, it will go a long way for future. It'll get you known for that one thing. Then you can build on creating a collection.
I bet you may even become famous for your passionate work too.
For example, "anniversay" and it has a unique shape, which is maybe half made. One hald for one partner and other for the other partner, symbolising, they are soul mates.
It's not the product but the 'emotional' attachment, the dream, the sense of belonging, the feeling of pride, that is important. If you hook that in, watch what happens.
You'll need to test the market out so your time isn't wasted. And to gather info from potential customers who will buy.
Maybe start a blog with a name relevant to this niche, and start documenting with sketches, ideas, using your passion, stories, and people will follow. Then join forums who into this and share your skills, and people will look at your work.
They'll visit your blog, see your passion. They'll share their thoughts and gradually, you'll start getting people want personalised ones for you to make, and they'll pay.
Focus on 'the emotional attachment' to these jewellery, as this is the part that sells these gifts - the story, the memory, what they stand for.
