Question: Which direct sales jewelry company is the best?
Please answer the following: How much is the set-up kit? Commission amount? Quality of the jewelry? How is their customer service? Can the consultant return merchandise?

Commission - start at 40%, then go to 50% after you sell $1500. The kit is $139 + $20 tax + shipping. AND, you keep your profit the night of the party.
Customer service is fantastic!! I just got an email from the company saying that since some things were back-ordered, the people could choose something else instead, if they wish, and they are given an extra $10 to spend!
There is a return policy on the merchandise - after a few days of getting the kit. And there is a return policy for the customer - they have a guaranty.
The company ships directly to the hostess...and for a small additional fee, will ship to the customer herself (or himself).
The company aslo pays for the hostess items - nothing comes out of the pocket of the rep - unless you want to give away more items.
