Medical Jewelry Making Supplies

Question: How can I make a waterproof vessel/boat/wetsuit type thing from these materials? (for a project)?
food, paper, string, ivory, metal jewelry, cloth, fabric, ice, oil, leather, oil-based paint, cigar, soap, cleaning supplies/chemicals, insulation from walls etc, cleaners, medical supplies
Our project is to survive the titanic with these supplies, which is at least 2hrs in 25 degree water until the ship comes and rescues us.
Any ideas? I can only use those supplies. Any ideas for something water-resistant, or something?
I was thinking of making some sort of wetsuit, or bubble of insulated air... I know that sounds dumb but what CAN you do with those supplies?? haha
Is there anyway to insulate ourselves in the water...?
Plain survival time in that water is 15-40mins.
(NOTE: we aren't testing this, just doing a creative-thinking project)
Answer: wrap yourself in the cloth/fabric first then in the leather (or make clothes with the leather lined with cloth and fabric) cover any seams/ holes with the oil based paint to prevent water from getting in (oil based paint does not dissolve easily in water) then empty the cleaning supplies/chemicals from their plastic bottles and use the string to tie them together, the air filled bottles will help to keep you floating at the surface.
