Question: What is a good website for free patterns for male hemp bracelets?

My boyfriend watched me make a cute little green hemp bracelet for myself the other day, and announced that he, too, would like a hemp bracelet. The boy wears no jewelry, and has never shown an interest in wearing some, so I'm sort of lost. He says he wants a thick bracelet made with regular hemp (the plain beige kind) I have pretty thin hemp, I think it's 1mm, so I'll have to double up to make it thick.

Answer: Hey Kayle,

I'm a guy (you can tell by my need to use bullets below), and I used to wear hemp bracelets. I think you can't go wrong if you use:

- thick twine
- stick with dark ornaments
- only put on a couple ornaments
- or space the ornaments evenly throughout the bracelet.

Also, the ones that you are looking at in that picture are the very large and soft ones so you can use them on beads that you can press the bead cap around, pressing it flat up against the bead like you're wrapping it with the filigree cap.
